Agreement between User and RegisterToAttend.com
In order to protect the interests of all of our users, as well as those of our information
providers, we ask that you abide by the rules contained herein. By using RegisterToAttend.com,
you hereby agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.
Description of Service
RegisterToAttend.com is an Internet resource, owned and operated by Total Internet,
Inc., and specifically designed to meet the event registration needs of event organizers
and registrants. Our objective is to provide one unifying location for users to
coordinate the registration process for organized events, classes, seminars, conferences,
expositions, fund raisers, parties, and other special events. RegisterToAttend.com
offers users an online event registration, electronic communication, and event evaluation
system.
Payments
For paid events, RegisterToAttend.com receives registration fees online on behalf
of event organizers via check and credit card, and advances collected fees, minus
a processing and administrative fee, to the event organizer at the conclusion of
the registration process. No fees are assessed for free events.
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the terms and time frames stipulated by event
organizers. RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to alter or edit refund terms
as necessary to prevent confusion and to comply with applicable state laws.
If an event is cancelled, RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to refund all
funds collected to event registrants, minus the transaction fee. If the funds
have already been forwarded to the event host, it is the event host's responsibility
to refund the event registrants in the event of cancellations.
Discontinuance of Use of Service
RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to independently review and/or verify event
details and other posted information and disallow use of its services if in its
own discretion any false, misleading, or fraudulent information is suspected.
RegisterToAttend.com also reserves the right to disallow use of its service, cancel
the host's user account, and refund any funds collected to registrants for events
that are perceived as illegal, harmful to individuals or communities; obscene; defamatory;
in violation of RegisterToAttend.com’s or any third party’s rights; or otherwise
unacceptable.
Although RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to independently review and/or
verify event details and other posted information, given the nature of the Service
and the volume of events hosted, RegisterToAttend.com cannot guarantee the accuracy
of third party content, nor can RegisterToAttend.com or Total Internet, Inc. be
held liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.
Copyright Notice and Limitations on Use
Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect all of the information and
content within this Service. The content is owned or licensed by Total Internet,
Inc. and its affiliates. The content is intended for online event registration purposes.
Users of this service may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, display,
re-post or otherwise use any portion of the content in any other way or for any
