hosts have access at all times to the full list of event registrants. The registrant
list, which can be viewed by logging onto the Control Panel, inclueds the registrants'
name, telephone number,e-mail address, and confirmation number, Registrant cancellations
or refund requests (if allowed by the host) display in the status column.
The Registrant list can be easily printed for use at the event.
Additionally, If you need to send your registrants informations or communicate with
them, you can do so right from within the Control Panel. This feature can be used
to send documents or
other information you would otherwise
need to print and distribute at the
event.

you to ask up to 10 questions during registration,
when you logon, you
can see exactly how your registrants answered these questions.
This feature can be used to inquire about meal options or other questions that are
