At RegisterToAttend.com, our goal is to provide the highest quality and most secure online registration* service available. Some of our services are free and the fees for our paid services are among the most reasonable in the industry. The following are our current fees:
FREE EVENTS
- No fees
PAID EVENTS - Set-up is free. Since registrants pay online with a credit card or check, a 3% administrative fee is deducted from the total event proceeds which are mailed to the event host at the conclusion of the registration period. This fee covers all applicable bank charges.*
Each registrant pays a small transaction fee of $3.50 at the time of registration in addition to the event cost.
The following illustrates the fees paid for an event that costs $99.00 per registrant. In this example, 10 people registered online to attend a business seminar.

When an event is set-up, the host determines how many separate prices registrants can pay to attend. Some events have only one price, whereas others may need to have different prices for different categories of registrants. Some events allow discounts for members of specific organizations, or for spouses that attend the event. Some events allow a discount for those that register before a specific date. Our intuitive event set-up process will accommodate nearly any scenario.
Refunds -
Refunds are processed within the timeframe stipulated by event organizers. If the event allows refunds and the timeframe has not been exceeded, they can be requested by going to Refunds on our navigation menu.
If an event is cancelled, RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to refund all funds collected to event registrants, minus the transaction fee. If the funds have already been forwarded to the event host, it is the event host's responsibility to refund the event registrants.
Website Development Services - If you need a full website for your event, RegisterToAttend.com provides this service for a very reasonable fee. RegisterToAttend.com will build a complete website with up to six html pages for your event. The set-up fee for this service is $249. More complex websites may be developed at additional costs. Websites are hosted until the event is concluded. Long-term hosting and personalized domain names can also be provided at additional costs. Contact RegisterToAttend.com for details.
RegisterToAttend.com reserves the right to verify event details and disallow use of its services if in its own discretion any false, misleading, or fraudulent information is suspected. RegisterToAttend.com also reserves the right to disallow use of its service, cancel the host's user account, and refund any funds collected to registrants for events that are perceived as illegal, harmful to individuals or communities; obscene; defamatory; in violation of RegisterToAttend.com’s or any third party’s rights; or otherwise unacceptable. For security purposes, RegisterToAttend.com does not accept paid events at private residences.
