An Event Web Page - A free and custom event web page is provided as a stand-along event web page, or can be linked to your website. Event hosts receive a link to the event web page to be used for marketing to prospective registrants. Clicking on this link in an e-mail message opens the event web page where registration options are provided. Additionally, an event code is provided for registrants to use to find an event from our homepage.
The event web page also contains an e-mail link back to you or your home page.
Market the Event - RegisterToAttend.com provides event hosts with an e-mail marketing tool. The host simply inserts the e-mail addresses of prospective registrants, then inserts the event code and event link, which are provided on the same page. The message can be edited as needed. Use this tool to send event invitations to everyone on the list and provide them with the link to the event web site. It couldn't be easier!
Contact Registrants -
Maintain contact with registrants. The control panel has an e-mail feature enabling event organizers to communicate with registrants. Use this feature to send simple messages, or to send files. This is a very useful tool for updating agendas, newsletters, directions, flyers or other information. Since your registrants can print this information from their own computer, it can also reduce your duplication expenses.
Process Refunds - Determine the event refund policy. If refunds are accepted, we will gladly process them. We can also process partial refunds. As the host, you specify the cut-off date for refunds and we administer them accordingly. At the host control panel, our clients have 24/7 access to the list of registrants including the names of those registrants that have been refunded.
Event Evaluation - Set-up an event evaluation form and find out what went right from the attendees point of view. This form allows your registrants to provide vital feedback about the event. Since it's customized, you determine what areas you want evaluated when you set up the event. To find this form, your registrants simply return to the event display, and click on the "event evaluation" link. Easily send an e-mail to all of your registrants with a link to your event display, requesting they provide feedback.
Multi-Event Display - Hosting simultaneous or multiple events? When several classes, courses, conferences or seminars are running concurrently, consolidate the registration process from one location: RegisterToAttend.com. We provide multi-event displays. A multi-event display is a page that provides basic information about the organization at the top and a list of the events that are offered. Clicking on any event will bring the registrant to the event display page for that occasion. Here the attendee begins the registration process.
Secure and Economical - A top priority at RegisterToAttend.com. All transactions are processed via a secure server. Registrants pay with a credit card or check and there is no charge for free events. The transaction fee is paid by the registrant. The administration fee is deducted from funds collected. In both cases the charges are billed at the source and not deducted from the client’s revenue. Of course your information is completely confidential. We do not sell, share, or publish any information about you or the names and e-mail addresses of your registrants.
Control Panel - Access event information 24/7 from anywhere in the world. The control panel allows hosts to easily update event or contact information. It also provides access to the complete list of registered attendees, including refunds that have been requested and processed. The e-mail feature facilitates easy communication with one or all event registrants.
The event evaluation feature is accessed through the control panel. View registrants’ general ratings or their comments about the event.
