2011. The assessment will summarize the Top 3 to 5 specific
areas holding you back from exceptional performance.
Each participant also receives personal
coaching based on your assessment results and most
importantly, walks out with concrete action plans that can be
executed immediately in your organization.
These assessments are not
influenced by outside opinions. They are your
personal evaluation based on your personal experience and
observations using our professionally developed and structured
tools.
